Where a product requires assembly, customers should follow the supplied instructions. Tervokan™ is not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damage resulting from improper assembly, unauthorized modification, misuse, placement on an unstable surface, use outside the product’s intended purpose, failure to follow supplied instructions, or improper handling after delivery.

Decorative products should not be treated as toys unless specifically described as being designed for that purpose. This section does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Fragile and Decorative Items

Certain Christmas decorations, figurines, ornaments, tabletop pieces, or home décor products may contain fragile or delicate components. Customers should handle such products with reasonable care.

Where applicable, customers should avoid dropping decorative items, keep fragile items on stable surfaces, follow assembly instructions, store seasonal items carefully when not in use, keep unsuitable products away from small children where relevant, and review product-specific safety information.

Damage caused after delivery through misuse, improper handling, or customer modification may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
